Senior Product Delivery Associate - Test Automation

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the testing team and other stakeholders to understand testing requirements and develop a comprehensive test automation framework.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure that tests are run automatically as part of the TRUECD process, enhancing continuous delivery.
• Evaluate and recommend testing tools and frameworks that best fit the project's needs, ensuring good documentation and improved testing efficiency.
• Work towards gaining a strong functional understanding across all initiatives and propose automation solutions to enhance testing processes.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate testing frameworks, such as the Genie Framework.
• Develop and implement a test execution strategy for automated test scripts, focusing on analysis and reporting to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Document test cases and link them to equivalent automation test scripts and test results, providing a clear record of testing activities and outcomes.
• Mentor the E2E testing team to enhance their automation skills, enabling them to automate E2E test scenarios effectively.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/UAT Testing, Business systems testing, or Business analysis with an interest in the quality engineering aspect of software development.
• Experience in concepts and tools supporting Mainframe testing, API testing, Database testing, and Customer Journey testing, including tools such as Postman, Splunk, etc.
• Experience with JIRA, ALM, QTest.
• Test Automation Knowledge - Handson experience in Framework development.
• Good knowledge in Java, Cucumber, Selenium and Rest API Automation.
