Job Description

Power BI L3 Support Engineer

Location :

Bengaluru (or PAN India for the right candidate).

Experience :

6+ YearsEmployment Type : Full-Time.

Skills

Were looking for a Power BI L3 Support Engineer to lead the resolution of complex BI issues, optimize reporting performance, and support enterprise-scale Power BI Skills :

Power BI troubleshooting & report development.
SQL Strong querying, optimization, and debugging skills.
SSAS Tabular models & dimension modeling.
Experience with DAX and Power Query.
Administering Power BI workspaces & governance policies.
Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric dataflows/pipelines.
Experience in ServiceNow or ITSM tools.
Strong communication & independent problem-solving Responsibilities :
Provide L3 support for Power BI across the enterprise.
Resolve performance, refresh, and query folding issues.
Maintain data marts, datasets, and SSAS models.
Collaborate with data engineering on root cause analysis.
Document support processes and known issue resolutions.
Continuously improve Power BI platform stability.
