Senior Network Engineer

The Level 2 Engineer provides advanced technical support, resolves escalated issues from Level 1, and ensures system stability and performance. This role demands strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with infrastructure, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve escalated technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, servers, and network devices. Like Switches / AP / Routers / Firewall Etc.,
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements and warranty claims.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system configurations.
• Support system upgrades, patch management, and preventive maintenance.
• Provide guidance to Level 1 engineers and assist in training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system/network administration.
• Proficiency in Windows/Linux environments, Active Directory, and basic networking.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
