**Job Description:**

We are looking for a talented **MERN Stack Developer** with 3-4 years of experience in both front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate should be proficient in working across all components of the MERN stack—MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js—and should possess a solid foundation in web development principles.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless front-end and back-end integration.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other team members to ensure seamless user experience.

- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

**Required Skills:**

- Proficient in **MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js**.

- Strong knowledge of **JavaScript**, **HTML5**, **CSS3**, and responsive design.

- Experience with front-end libraries like **Redux**.

- Familiarity with version control tools such as **Git**.

- Understanding of **REST APIs** and their integration with front-end services.

- Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL).

- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex tasks.

**Qualifications:**

- **B.Tech** degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- A passion for learning new technologies and improving technical skills.

**Preferred:**

- Experience with cloud platforms such as **AWS** or **Azure**.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
