About the Role

Senior Media Buyer – Google Ads

As a senior team member, you will be responsible for developing, launching, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns with a focus on ROI and performance. You’ll have the autonomy to shape strategy, test new ideas, and make data-backed decisions to drive success.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Manage monthly ad budgets and allocate spend strategically to maximize ROAS
• Write and test ad copy and creatives that convert
• Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights and reports
• Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams to ensure alignment across campaigns
• Stay up to date on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
• Identify opportunities for scaling campaigns and improving account performance
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in media buying with a primary focus on

  Google Ads

• Deep understanding of performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
• Strong skills in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor
• Ability to create and present performance reports
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in an agency or fast-paced digital marketing environment (preferred)
