This is a high-impact, performance-driven role suited for individuals with a deep understanding of real estate marketing, consumer behavior, and media strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the end-to-end marketing lifecycle for 1–2 residential projectsDesign and execute ATL, BTL, Digital, and PR campaigns for targeted reach and engagementCollaborate with sales, branding, digital, design, and ground teams for seamless integrationMonitor and optimize budgets, CPLs, and campaign ROI across all media channelsLiaise with creative, digital, and media agencies to drive compelling communication strategiesPlan and oversee project launches, events, press, hoardings, and online activationsGenerate and present weekly marketing dashboards and performance reviews to senior managementContinuously explore consumer insights, new media opportunities, and marketing innovationsCandidate Profile

• 7–9 years of core experience in real estate marketing (residential projects preferred)
• Proven track record in project launches and achieving sales targets through marketing
• Expertise in media planning, campaign management, and cross-functional coordination
• MBA in Marketing
• Strong analytical skills, creative mindset, and excellent project management abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
