Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven *Senior Marketing Manager* to lead our marketing initiatives across both digital and brand channels. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in *marketing strategy, branding, SEO, performance marketing, and **social media marketing*. This role will play a critical part in driving brand visibility, lead generation, and overall growth.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Develop and execute *integrated marketing strategies* to drive awareness, engagement, and leads.

* Lead *branding initiatives*, ensuring brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

* Manage and optimize *SEO strategies* to improve organic search rankings and traffic.

* Plan and run *performance marketing campaigns* across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc., focused on ROI and lead generation.

* Oversee the company's *social media presence*, including content strategy, community management, and growth metrics.

* Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing campaigns effectively.

* Analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting dashboards.

* Stay updated with marketing trends, digital innovations, and competitor activities to recommend new strategies.

* Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation across channels.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

*Experience: Minimum 5years of relevant experience in digital and brand marketing, with at least

*2 years in a leadership or independent role*.

*Expertise in:*

* SEO (on-page and off-page)

* Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

* Social media strategy and execution

* Branding and positioning

* Marketing analytics and performance reporting

*Preferred Skills:*

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Proficiency in marketing tools like *Google Analytics, SEMrush, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, HubSpot*, etc.

* Experience in *education, edtech, or B2B services* will be a plus.

* Creative thinking with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
