Join TETR as a Performance Marketing Lead


Our performance marketing lead will be:

  • Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and conversion.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies across multiple channels across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Affiliates, and other paid advertising channels to drive targeted traffic, leads and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product teams, to develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in performance marketing to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to optimize performance marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and manage performance marketing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to allocate resources effectively and achieve desired results within budget constraints.


Our ideal Performance Marketer:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience of working in Global markets like LATAM, APAC and MENA is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies and tactics.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and other performance marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry.
  • Displays a passion for education, innovation, and making a positive impact.
