Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager - Accounts at our Coimbatore premises. The Senior Manager - Accounts will handle day-to-day financial activities including overseeing financial statements, managing budgets, conducting audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and preparing financial reports. The individual will lead the accounts team, review accounting processes, and collaborate with other departments to support financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Financial Management, Budget Management, and Financial Reporting skills
• Experience in Conducting Audits and Ensuring Compliance with Financial Regulations
• Leadership and Team Management skills
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and financial systems
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or professional accounting certification is a plus)
• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering industry is beneficial
