Your primary responsibilities include devising and executing comprehensive training programs that empower our workforce to evolve and excel in their respective roles. Collaborating closely with the Business and TD teams, your focus will be on conducting thorough assessments of employees' learning needs and crafting targeted programs to address those needs effectively.This position presents an exciting opportunity for an individual driven by a passion for training and development. Roles & Responsibilities:As a TD partner, your day-to-day work activities will be as follows:Collaborating with various internal stakeholders to pinpoint specific learning needs, a crucial step in tailoring training programs to meet the unique requirements of our workforce.Nurturing individuals to acquire skills and make the most of learning using technology.Coaching individuals to recognize that they learn from their daily work and daily interactions with their peers.Inspiring individuals to manage their professional development.Design learning material such as presentations, infographics, videos, etc.Evaluate training effectiveness and implement changes/revisions to improve programs.Maintaining meticulous training records and providing regular progress updates to the L&D Lead will be part of your routine.Coordinate training logistics such as scheduling, location coordination, and accommodation arrangements, to ensure a seamless and efficient learning environment for all participants.In essence, your contributions will be integral to cultivating a learning-centric ethos that propels both individual and organizational growth. Requirement & Skills:Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in Talent Development, training, or related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Excellent problem-solving skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
