To monitor and stay up to date with changes in labour laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
To develop and update HR policies and procedures ensuring they comply with applicable laws and standards.
To monitor and implement third party client compliances in the organization.

Experience with HRMS systems and data extraction/manipulation.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Canva etc.
