Senior HR Executive

DAP Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and organized HR Executive to support our human resources functions and help drive a productive and people-focused workplace. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll processing, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and orientation processes.
• Employee Relations & Engagement:
• Handle employee queries and provide support in resolving HR-related concerns.
• Support in organizing employee engagement programs, events, and recognition activities.
• Maintain healthy communication channels across departments.
• HR Operations:
• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and personnel files.
• Ensure timely preparation and issuance of HR letters (offer, appointment, relieving, etc.).
• Support payroll inputs and coordinate with the accounts team for salary disbursement.
• Compliance & Policies:
• Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Maintain documentation related to PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
• Performance Management:
• Assist in tracking performance reviews, appraisal cycles, and probation confirmations.
• Maintain performance-related data and follow up with reporting managers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
