Senior HR Executive

This position requires

Roles and Responsibilities

• Recruitment & On-boarding

  : Managing the full recruitment cycle, From Job Posting to on-boarding new hires.

• Employee relations:

  Handling issues between employees and management

• Performance Management

  : Assisting with performance reviews, providing feedback, and developing performance improvement plans.

• Policy updates

  : Keeping employees informed of changes to company policies

• Compensation and Benefits

  : Benefits administration, and ensuring competitive compensation packages

• Training and Development

  : Identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and promoting employee development.

• Managing/Coordinating

  with the hiring process for new employees

• Workplace safety

  : Ensuring the workplace is safe and listening to employee complaints

• HRIS Management

  : Utilizing HR Systems for data management and reporting.

• HR Strategy

  : Contributing to the development and implementation of HR Strategies that align with business objectives.

• Exit interviews:

  Organizing exit interviews and understanding why employees resign

• Administrative tasks:

  Operating the day-to-day operations of the HR department

• Statutory:

  Need to have experience in creating PF & ESI

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in HR Operations
• Should be flexible with shifts at night, flexible with office location & week offs
• Working days are Monday to Saturday
• Immediate Joiners Preferred
