Job Title: Senior HR Executive

As we scale, we are looking for a passionate and proactive Senior HR Executive to strengthen our people practices, culture, and talent strategy.

Role Overview:

The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, training & development, and policy implementation. This role demands a high level of ownership, people-centric thinking, and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

● Manage full-cycle recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. ● Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions. ● Build a strong employer brand to attract top talent.

2. Performance & Employee Management: ● Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems. ● Conduct regular feedback sessions and support managers in performance discussions. ● Maintain employee records and HR documentation as per compliance norms.

3. Learning & Development: ● Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training programs. ● Support in creating a learning-driven work culture, especially for young and f irst-job employees.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture Building: ● Organize team-building events, workshops, and wellness initiatives. ● Address employee concerns and ensure a positive workplace environment. ● Promote company values and culture across all levels of the organization.

5. HR Policies & Compliance: ● Implement and update HR policies and procedures. ● Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations. ● Handle disciplinary actions and grievance redressals with fairness and confidentiality.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration / Psychology.

● Prior experience in digital marketing, advertising, or IT agency setup will be an added advantage.

● Excellent verbal and written communication.

● Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

● Skilled in interviewing and talent assessment.

● Time management and organizational skills.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

● Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices.

● Familiarity with labor laws, PF/ESIC/Gratuity, and compliance frameworks.

● Knowledge of employee lifecycle management.

● Awareness of modern workplace culture, especially in creative/digital environments.
