Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR professional to oversee and manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, operations, payroll & compensation, training & development, employee grievances, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR management, preferably from a consulting or CA firm.

Role:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle — onboarding to exit
• Drive HR operations, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance
• Employee grievances, employee engagement initiatives, Payroll management etc

Eligibility

• Have 3+ years of experience in HR (preferably in fintech, banking, or consulting)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of HRMS platforms and tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup ecosystem
• Available to join immediately or within a short notice period

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
