Role Overview

Growth Marketing Manager

What You’ll Own

Network-Led & Paid Growth (Inorganic)

  • Activate the TWID Network (partners, merchants, user base) to drive

    WhatsApp-based acquisition

    at near-zero CAC.
  • Run and optimize paid UA campaigns across

    Google Ads, Meta

    , and other key platforms—tracking cost-per-activation, ROI, and retention.
  • Own experimentation: A/B test creatives, audiences, ad formats, and landing experiences to reduce CAC and maximize LTV

Organic & Lifecycle Growth

  • Drive

    user retention, reactivation, and feature adoption

    using personalized lifecycle journeys, gamification mechanics, and loyalty nudges.
  • Collaborate with Product to enhance onboarding flows and influence in-app behavior using data-led insights.
  • Analyze, Own and improve KPIs like MAU/DAU, churn rate, and session frequency.
  • Strategic Collaborations

    • Identify and lead

      brand and merchant partnerships

      to expand app reach, amplify visibility, and unlock new user funnels.

  • Cross-Functional Execution

    • Work closely with Product, Analytics, Creative, and Customer teams to execute growth campaigns end-to-end.
    • Translate business goals into actionable growth experiments and measurable outcomes.

  • Who You Are

    • 3+ years in

      app growth

      or

      performance marketing

      with hands-on experience across UA, lifecycle, and CRM strategies.
    • Expertise in platforms like

      Google Ads, Meta Ads

      , and tools like

      Appsflyer, Firebase, Mixpanel

      .
    • Analytical with a growth hacker mindset—strong on both numbers and narrative.
    • Comfortable wearing multiple hats: experimenter, strategist, executor.
    • Experience with consumer-facing mobile apps in

      fintech, commerce, gaming, or lifestyle

      .
