Senior Executive – Operations & Compliance
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive to oversee and manage core administrative functions, regulatory compliance, and technical operations within our educational institute. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of academic operations, accreditation/regulatory processes (AICTE, UGC, NAAC, etc.), and be proficient with modern educational technologies and institutional management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative & Institutional Operations
• Oversee day-to-day administrative functions of the institute.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely implementation of institutional plans and academic calendars.
• Support in policy development, reporting, and governance documentation.
Regulatory & Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory bodies such as UGC, AICTE, PCI, NAAC, NBA, etc.
• Manage documentation and submission processes for approvals, inspections, accreditations, and audits.
• Maintain up-to-date records of compliance checklists, licenses, and regulatory communications.
• Liaise with government and accrediting bodies for regulatory updates and policy alignment.
Technical Operations:
• Oversee implementation and maintenance of ERP(Accsoft), LMS, MIS, and other digital systems used by the institute.
• Coordinate with IT teams/vendors for timely resolution of technical issues.
• Facilitate digital transformation projects and process automation to improve efficiency.
• Ensure proper data management, cybersecurity protocols, and digital compliance.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with academic, examination, HR, and finance departments for seamless coordination.
• Support in organizing academic events, audits, and reviews.
• Act as a bridge between regulatory, technical, and academic units.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering/Management/Administration or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in educational administration, regulatory compliance, or technical operations.
• Strong knowledge of AICTE, UGC, NAAC, NBA, PCI, DTE etc procedures and guidelines.
• Proficient in ERP, LMS, Excel, data analysis, and digital tools.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and lead cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
