As we engineer future-ready aircraft, we’re looking for a Senior Embedded Engineer to join us in solving the toughest challenges in aerospace electronics, propulsion, and autonomy.

What You’ll Be Doing (Your Playground)

🧠 Embedded Systems for Flight Electronics: Design and develop reliable firmware for avionics, flight controllers, and safety-critical systems in both cargo UAVs and manned aircraft.

Power Electronics & Energy Systems:

Integrate and optimize battery systems and hydrogen fuel cell power electronics

Design for power distribution, redundancy, and energy efficiency

Work with DC-DC converters, inverters, and motor controllers

📡 Avionics & Communication Systems:

Develop and test avionics systems including autopilot integration (e.g., Pixhawk, Ardupilot)

Interface with sensors (IMU, GNSS, Pitot tubes) and communication systems (LoRa, LTE, RF, telemetry)

Implement redundant communication channels for remote piloting and control

🛠️ PCB Design & Hardware Prototyping:

Design, assemble, and test custom PCBs for flight systems and sensor interfaces

Perform EMI/EMC mitigation in avionics hardware

🔋 Battery & Fuel Cell Management Systems (BMS/FMS):

Design embedded firmware and circuits for battery and hydrogen fuel cell monitoring

Ensure thermal safety, voltage/current regulation, and fault detection

✈️ Aerospace-Grade Safety & Redundancy:

Design systems with fail-safe, watchdog timers, and redundancy protocols

Implement health monitoring for flight electronics

🔬 Testing & Certification Support:

Conduct bench tests, HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) simulations, and ground testing for certification

Support EMI/EMC, thermal, vibration, and environmental qualification tests
