Senior Developer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Developer with 2–5 years of experience in React.js, Next.js, and Python Django. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-performance web applications and scalable backend services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive, user-centric frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Design and implement scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python Django.
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code.
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
• Debug and resolve issues in production and non-production environments.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior team members.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle – from requirements gathering to deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of hands-on development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles.
• Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and performance optimization.
• Proficient in Python Django for building backend APIs and web applications.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6/ES7).
• Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
• Strong knowledge of Git, version control, and branching strategies.
• Familiarity with unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Understanding of GraphQL and WebSockets.
• Experience with authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
