Senior Delivery Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to drive cross-functional product and platform delivery initiatives, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution. This role is pivotal in orchestrating end-to-end delivery across value streams, fostering agile excellence, and ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes. Roles and ResponsibilitiesProgramme Delivery & Ownership

• Lead and oversee delivery across product, game, and platform teams.
• Take full ownership of timelines, quality, and release readiness.
• Translate business strategy into executable delivery plans.

Agile Delivery & Coaching

• Champion agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, Agility@Scale), driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate planning sessions, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and delivery checkpoints.
• Mentor teams to foster autonomy, delivery confidence, and agile maturity.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Engagement

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Design, DevOps, QE, and Compliance teams.
• Engage and manage expectations of senior stakeholders and business sponsors.
• Ensure clarity of priorities, scope, and business value across teams.

Technical & Business Integration

• Participate in technical discussions and decision-making processes.
• Translate technical complexities into business-friendly narratives for stakeholders.
• Support backlog refinement and delivery alignment with technical leads and product owners.

Risk Management & Issue Resolution

• Identify, track, and mitigate delivery risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Balance trade-offs between speed, scope, and quality.
• Ensure product compliance in regulated environments when applicable.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• 8–12 years of experience in agile delivery leadership roles (preferably in gaming, tech, or product environments).
• Strong understanding of platform architecture, backend systems, APIs, and integrations.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
• Demonstrated ability to coach teams and drive agile transformations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.
• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks and scaled agile delivery (Agility@Scale, SAFe, LeSS). Certifications are a plus.
• Experience in value-based delivery using OKRs and metrics.
• Exposure to gaming industry compliance (UKGC, MGA) is a plus.
• Technical background (engineering or systems) is a strong advantage.
• Passion for gaming, digital product delivery, and agile innovation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹2,000,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Agile delivery : 8 years (Preferred)
