Job Description

Responsibilities Customer Support: You will provide comprehensive support to customers with questions about our software, products, portals, and recruiting issues. Reporting Development: As our software is about to launch, you will help develop and optimize the reporting features that are not yet fully implemented. Live Chat Management: You will manage our in-software live chat system, ensuring prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries. Ticket System Administration: You will handle and organize our ticket system to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues. Desired Candidate Profile Strong Customer Service Skills: You have excellent communication skills in written english and a customer-oriented mindset. Technical Understanding: You possess a solid understanding of software applications and can quickly learn new systems. Problem-Solving Abilities: You can identify and resolve complex customer issues independently.
