To support our growth, we are opening a position with the Professional Services team for an Experienced Technical Implementation Consultant to help fulfil our mission to digitize the customer operations using our award-winning technology. Desired Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive successful project implementations. The candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering customized technical solutions for our clients, ensuring high-quality implementation and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Analysing requirements from Customers and other Consulting teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Areas of focus would include: Design, develop, and maintain web pages using HTML, CSS, and Freemarker templates. Customize and extend existing templates to meet client-specific requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Freemarker, HTML, and CSS. Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices. Provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams. Document technical designs, processes, and client-specific configurations. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in front-end development and template management. Required Qualification Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field 4 to 9 years of experience in technical implementation, including significant experience in leading projects from inception to completion. Previous hands-on implementation experience is a must. Proven track record in leading and mentoring technical teams. Ability to inspire and motivate team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Required Skills : Proven experience as a Technical Consultant or Front-end Developer Proficiency in HTML, CSS (mandatory) Hands-on experience in Freemarker is a plus Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., CSS Grid, Bootstrap) is a plus Understanding of responsive design principles Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and client-facing skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills: Experience with Java or other server-side technologies is a plus Experience with data modelling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel or similar). Ability to create reports and insights that support project decision-making and business objectives. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with business-level proficiency in both written and spoken English. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
