Role: Python Developer – LLM Code Evaluation

As a Python Developer, you’ll review and analyze AI-generated Python code, validate logic, and ensure accuracy and security. Your insights will directly impact the quality of training data used for improving large language models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities

• Review assessments of AI-generated Python code.
• Check for accuracy, security, and instruction adherence.
• Test and validate code snippets through proof-of-work methods.
• Flag incorrect evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Follow project-specific QA/evaluation guidelines.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of Python development or code review experience.
• Strong understanding of Python basics, testing, and edge cases.
• Familiarity with debugging tools and code execution environments.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with AI/LLM evaluation or QA processes.
• Exposure to RLHF or annotation workflows.
• Knowledge of annotation tools and model training pipelines.
