Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Rajouri Garden, West Delhi Experience: 7–8 Years Industry Preference: Healthcare, BFSI, Insurance, E-commerce Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Working Days: 6 Days a Week About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Manager with 7–8 years of experience in managing high-performing telesales teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in online sales , with a proven track record across healthcare, BFSI, insurance, or e-commerce domains. This role is critical in driving revenue growth through effective telesales strategies, team leadership, and performance management. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a telesales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for healthcare products and services. Develop and implement telesales strategies to drive lead conversion and customer acquisition. Hire, train, and mentor telesales executives, ensuring high performance and motivation. Monitor team productivity and campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights to optimize sales outcomes. Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales campaigns with business goals. Ensure a seamless customer experience by implementing quality assurance practices and continuous feedback loops. Generate daily/weekly/monthly performance reports and take corrective actions as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: 7–8 years of experience in telesales/inside sales, preferably in healthcare , insurance , BFSI , or e-commerce . Strong understanding of digital sales funnels, CRM systems, and lead management tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver results in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Experience working in a 6-day operational setup with the ability to manage productivity and morale effectively.
