Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements Manage legal risks and provide advice on business transactions. Liaise with external counsels on litigation and dispute resolution. Support internal teams on legal queries and documentation. Qualifications LLB/LLM with 3–5 years of relevant corporate legal experience. Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory frameworks. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
