The Role: Conduct testing on APIs, web, and mobile applications. Document and track defects, collaborating closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution. Apply strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes. Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and documentation. Engage with cross-functional teams to support thorough testing and maintain high product quality. Qualifications we look for: You are currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, information technology, or a related field. Knowledge of API testing, database testing, functional testing, exploratory testing, and basic debugging skills. Knowledge of using testing tools like Postman. Additional experience with automation tools is an advantage (not mandatory). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. The Role: As an integral part of the Legal Team, you will be responsible for: Managing the entire process of Compliance Function, with a focus on license procurement, including research, application preparation, submission, and follow-up. Assisting in contract preparation, review, and negotiation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Providing secretarial assistance, repository collation, and forms filing with the MCA and FIRMS portal, maintaining legal documents. Managing the Trademark Application process from initial inspection to obtaining the registration. Liaison and coordination with the External Counsels and their teams. Assisting the Organization in routine litigation matters. Staying updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide guidance to internal stakeholders. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure legal and compliance requirements are met in various business activities in a very rapidly evolving environment.. Conducting legal research, preparing legal opinions, and providing guidance on legal matters as required. Assisting in the development and implementation of legal and compliance policies and procedures. What we are looking for: LL.B. degree from a reputed Law College. CS membership will be a strong added advantage. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant legal role. Demonstrated track record of working in a fast-paced environment, preferably with good law firms or start-ups. Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents. Familiarity with relevant software and tools. Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Role involves travel to the extent of 10%.
