Exprience required : 8 + years in the administration / facility management for the manufacturing industry Key Responsibilities Office AdministrationManage office supplies, facilities, and support services.Ensure proper maintenance of administrative records and documents.Supervise clerical and administrative staff.Canteen managementHousekeeping managementMaintenance ManagementSupervise preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Facility OperationsOversee cleanliness, security, and overall facility hygiene.Ensure the smooth operation of utilities (water, electricity, diesel generators, etc.).Monitor energy consumption and suggest efficiency improvements. Vendor & Contract ManagementManage contracts and relationships with external service providers (cleaning, security, AMC vendors, etc.).Ensure vendors comply with service-level agreements and safety standards. Safety & ComplianceImplement and monitor workplace health and safety policies.Conduct regular safety audits and fire drills.Ensure compliance with local building codes and environmental regulations.Coordinate with technical staff and vendors for timely repairs and servicing.Maintain maintenance logs and asset registers.
