Senior SEO Specialist - Job Description (Work from Office)

Primary Goal:

Drive high-quality app development leads through multiple digital channels by implementing and optimizing advanced SEO strategies.

Responsibilities:

1.Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to generate app development leads across various platforms.

2.Collaborate with UX, content, marketing, and paid teams to align SEO efforts with lead generation goals.

3.Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-conversion opportunities.

4.Optimize website content, landing pages, and technical SEO to improve search visibility and drive organic traffic.

5.Manage off-page SEO activities such as guest posting, link building, and content outreach to increase domain authority.

6. Leverage SEO tools like SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console to track performance and refine strategies.

7.Analyze lead generation performance, provide actionable insights, and report ROI to key stakeholders.

8.Lead A/B testing and data-driven experiments to optimize conversion rates and scale lead acquisition.

Additional Skills:

Expertise in off-page SEO, guest posting, and building high-quality backlinks.

Ability to research and analyze competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

- Prior experience working with an IT service provider company is essential.

- Up to 3 years of proven experience in SEO, with expertise in generating backlinks for software, web and app development or tech services.

- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Expertise in off-page SEO, guest posting, and building high-quality backlinks.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- A proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest SEO trends and industry changes.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
