Role Overview:
As the SEO at Arkca, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies, conducting area research and development to support business growth, and managing all social media accounts to build and engage our online community.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO & Research

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page and off-page).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance audits.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance and recommend improvements.
• Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking structure.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO and search engine trends and algorithm changes.
• Conduct area-based research to identify opportunities and inform strategic development decisions.

Research & Development

• Identify new digital trends and technologies that can be leveraged to improve Arkca’s online presence.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business development goals through research insights.
• Assist in the development of content and marketing strategies based on research findings.

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow Arkca’s presence across all major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content that aligns with brand goals.
• Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and respond to inquiries or comments.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals and messaging.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SEO (2+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console).
• Excellent understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Creative thinker with excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

• Experience in content writing or graphic design is a plus.
• Background in digital marketing, communications, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
