Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive to join our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end supply chain process including procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor management to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and other resources.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels by monitoring stock, tracking consumption, and forecasting demand.
• Liaise with production and warehouse teams to align supply chain processes with manufacturing schedules.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders and delivery schedules.
• Track and ensure timely inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation and dispatch.
• Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks or delays to avoid production downtime.
• Assist in vendor evaluation, negotiation, and development to improve cost efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure accurate documentation related to procurement, inventory, and shipment.
• Monitor key supply chain KPIs and generate weekly/monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety norms.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain or logistics role in a manufacturing setup.
• Knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,828.83 - ₹19,930.94 per month
