Job Description

Vice Principal

Co-lead day-to-day academic & administrative operations, ensuring adherence to state education board standards and institutional policies.
Drive curriculum planning, classroom observations, and teacher coaching to elevate learning outcomes and board exam performance.
Champion student wellbeing through proactive discipline, counseling coordination, and safety protocols.
Engage parents, alumni, and community stakeholders through regular communication, events, and feedback forums.
Analyse attendance, assessment, and behaviour data to inform interventions and continuous improvement plans.
Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance documentation in collaboration with the Principal and governing body.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Postgraduate degree in Education or related field with B.Ed.
8+ years teaching & leadership experience in CBSE/ICSE or equivalent K-12 schools.
Proven record of raising academic achievement and faculty performance.
Thorough knowledge of child protection policies, NEP guidelines, and state regulations.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

Experience launching new grade levels or school branches.
Familiarity with Cambridge/IB curricula and blended-learning tools.
Certification in instructional leadership or school administration.
