About The Company

A rapidly expanding educational services firm, operating within the K-12 EdTech and school solutions space across India, drives digital transformation and outcome-based learning in private and public institutions.
Role OverviewAs an on-site School Sales Manager you will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting school leadership teams to closing institutional contracts—while building long-term partnerships that improve learning outcomes and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify target schools across assigned territory.
  • Schedule and deliver high-impact product demos to principals, trustees and purchase committees.
  • Craft tailored proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close annual or multi-year agreements.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline updates in CRM and report weekly to leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute on-ground events and lead-gen campaigns.
  • Coordinate with implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • 4+ years institutional or B2B sales experience, ideally in education sector.
  • Proven record of meeting/ exceeding quarterly revenue targets.
  • Strong network within K-12 schools in the region.
  • Fluency in English and regional language; willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
  • Experience selling SaaS or digital learning solutions.
  • Knowledge of public procurement or government tenders.
