Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Accounts & SAP Trainer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have solid practical knowledge in accounting principles and hands-on experience with SAP (preferably SAP FICO or related modules). You will train students on both manual and software-based accounting and provide professional SAP training aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom training in Financial Accounting (Tally, GST, Income Tax, etc.).
• Deliver hands-on SAP training (FICO preferred) including theoretical concepts, practical sessions, and project simulations.
• Design and update training content, modules, and assessments.
• Guide students through live projects and real-world case studies.
• Support certification preparation and career guidance.
• Track student performance and provide mentoring and feedback.
• Coordinate with academic and operations team for smooth training delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, SAP training or SAP implementation/support.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Software (Tally ERP, Excel) and SAP (FICO or relevant module).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.

Preferred:

• SAP Global Certification (especially in FICO).
• Teaching/training experience in an educational or corporate setup.
• Familiarity with GST, Payroll, and practical accounting scenarios.
