SAP FICO Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP FICO solutions to meet functional and technical needs.
• Configure and customize SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, etc.).
• Conduct system testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide go-live and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as MM, SD, and HR for seamless integration.
• Perform data migration and reconciliation activities during SAP implementations or upgrades.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
• Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (RICEF).
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO issues promptly.
• Provide training and support to end-users.

Required Qualifications:

• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Ability to write functional specs and coordinate with ABAP developers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
