Job Summary

SAP EHSM Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support implementation and enhancement projects in the SAP EHSM space.
  • Perform functional design, configuration, and support in:
  • Specification Workbench and Phrase Management
  • Product Safety: Report Shipping, GLM, WWI template development, Expert rules, and Substance Volume Tracking
  • 3E ERC Regulatory Data Load
  • Dangerous Goods Management
  • Poison Control Notification (Opesus)
  • Collaborate with technical teams and end users to ensure seamless integration.
  • Work with ticketing tools like ServiceNow for issue tracking and resolution.
  • Prepare functional specifications and conduct unit/system/integration testing.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and sustainability requirements.
  • Provide training and documentation to end users and stakeholders.

🔸 Must-Have Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP EHS/EHSM functional consulting.
  • Expertise in:
  • Specification Data Management, Phrase Management
  • WWI report templates and GLM
  • Substance Volume Tracking and Product Compliance
  • 3E ERC or similar Regulatory Data Load processes
  • Dangerous Goods and Product Safety modules
  • Poison Notification (Opesus integration)
  • ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Understanding of interfaces such as WWI interface, SDS interface, ACT interface.
  • Basic understanding of WWI servers and Expert servers.
  • Familiarity with Non-ERP regulatory applications like IUCLID, CHESAR, etc.
  • Exposure to S/4HANA environment is a plus.
