Sales Trainer

Job Title: Sales Trainer Experience: Minimum 3yrs Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Trainer to train, coach, and mentor our telesales/customer support teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, an in-depth understanding of sales techniques, and prior experience in a BPO environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct new hire sales training programs and refresher sessions for existing employees. Develop and deliver training modules, SOPs, scripts, and soft skills content tailored to sales processes. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary. Conduct on-the-floor coaching, role plays, and call calibration sessions. Provide feedback and support to team leaders and agents to improve performance. Track training progress through assessments, certifications, and feedback forms. Stay updated with product knowledge, BPO industry trends, and sales techniques. Collaborate with Quality Analysts, Team Leaders, and Operations Managers for performance improvement strategies. Maintain training reports, attendance, and records. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Trainer in a BPO. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of telesales/customer acquisition processes. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to motivate and energize trainees and manage sessions effectively.
