Job Description

Job Title: Telesales Executive Department: Sales Shift: Day Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our BPO team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, close sales, and handle customer queries. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the database provided. Explain product or service offerings and answer customer questions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer information in the system. Follow up on leads and conduct effective follow-up calls. Handle objections professionally and close sales. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum qualification: Graduation preferred. Proven experience in telesales, BPO, or a similar role is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in [English/Hindi/Bengali/Oriya]. Ability to handle rejections and remain positive. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Benefits: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives. Paid training and skill development.
