Job Purpose:

To support sales and service operations in North India by assisting the sales team, conducting product trials, managing customer relationships, and addressing service issues. This role also includes on-site support for installation, training, and troubleshooting of products and spray systems.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist Managers in North India for Sales and Business Development.
• Track customer order delivery status and ensure timely dispatches.
• Follow up on pending payments with clients.
• Conduct trials and applications of products at customer locations and convert them into regular orders.
• Install spray systems and equipment at customer sites.
• Train customer personnel in the use and maintenance of lubricants and spray systems.
• Maintain strong relationships with all customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, preparing detailed reports with analysis and recommendations.
• Submit weekly and monthly visit reports to the Manager and Head Office.
• Provide timely feedback, test reports, and any customer grievances.

Key Requirements:

• Gender: Male candidate preferred
• Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (Preferably in Engineering or Science)
• Experience: 4–5 years in a related field (Forging & Die-casting preferred)
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Computer Proficiency: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Personality: Pleasant and professional demeanor

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹3.0 – ₹3.5 LPA

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
