Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Client Presentations Deliver detailed and persuasive project presentations to potential clients. Clearly explain project benefits, location advantages, pricing, and future growth factors. Client Engagement & Site Visits Meet with prospects regularly and organize timely site visits. Assist clients with on-site queries and offer customized solutions. Lead Generation Generate high-quality leads daily through online and offline platforms (social media, portals, referrals, field work, etc.). Maintain a strong personal and professional network to support lead flow. Follow-ups & Closure Execute systematic follow-ups with leads to fix meetings and drive site visits. Guide clients through the buying process and ensure timely sales closures. Sales Kit Management Maintain and update a complete sales kit, including project brochures, pricing sheets, availability status, and development updates. Stay updated on internal/external growth prospects and competitor projects. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate daily and monthly sales reports. Track lead status, customer feedback, and project updates diligently. Client Referrals Cultivate long-term client relationships and generate referrals from satisfied customers. Enhance brand value through trust and professional service. Project Recommendations & Research Understand client requirements thoroughly and prepare market-based recommendations. Conduct research reports tailored to individual client needs and match them with ideal projects. Key Skills & Requirements Strong communication and presentation skills Leadership and team-handling ability Proven experience in real estate sales (plots, flats, or villas) High level of customer service orientation Market awareness and local area knowledge Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales (with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role) Fluent in Tamil and English (Hindi is an advantage) Reporting Head Daily, Weekly, Monthly, report based on kpi
