We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and manage sales strategies and marketing campaigns to drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, and enhancing brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients. Plan and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events). Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis. Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports. Coordinate with the product and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with clients. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 3–7 years of experience in sales and marketing management. Strong understanding of market research, sales strategies, and digital marketing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
