Presenting product specifications, samples, and technical data to customers. Demonstrating the value and benefits of specific textiles to meet customer requirements. Technical Support and Consultation: Providing technical guidance and solutions to customers regarding textile selection, performance, and application. Collaborating with engineering teams to address technical challenges and ensure product compatibility. Staying current with industry trends and advancements in automotive textiles. Customer Relationship Management: Understanding customer needs, preferences, and challenges. Providing prompt and professional service to customers. Responding to inquiries and addressing concerns effectively. Ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies. Providing feedback on product performance, customer needs, and market opportunities.
