Job Description

Sales and Account Management: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the automotive sector. Building and maintaining strong relationships with automotive suppliers, manufacturers, and OEMs. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets. Negotiating contracts and terms, ensuring profitability. Product Knowledge and Presentation: Possessing a comprehensive understanding of automotive textile materials, including their properties, performance, and applications. Presenting product specifications, samples, and technical data to customers. Demonstrating the value and benefits of specific textiles to meet customer requirements. Technical Support and Consultation: Providing technical guidance and solutions to customers regarding textile selection, performance, and application. Collaborating with engineering teams to address technical challenges and ensure product compatibility. Staying current with industry trends and advancements in automotive textiles. Customer Relationship Management: Understanding customer needs, preferences, and challenges. Providing prompt and professional service to customers. Responding to inquiries and addressing concerns effectively. Ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies. Providing feedback on product performance, customer needs, and market opportunities. Preparing sales reports and presentations to management. Required Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills: Ability to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and close deals. Technical expertise: Knowledge of automotive textile materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control. Communication and presentation skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical information and present product features to customers.
