Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales/Marketing Executive to drive our brand's growth in Alappuzha. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Execute promotional activities and ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns. Meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory. Regularly report sales performance and market insights to management. Requirements: A minimum of a bachelor's degree. 1–5 years of experience in FMCG sales and marketing (ice cream or frozen foods preferred). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region. Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on a direct interview. This is an urgent requirement, and appointments will be made at the earliest.
