Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team and help promote our ERP software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, a deep understanding of the software/IT industry, and experience creating and executing marketing campaigns that drive leads, conversions, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote ERP products to target industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, distribution, etc.)
  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns using digital channels (email, SEO, SEM, social media, etc.)
  • Create compelling marketing content including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, brochures, and emailers.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and ensure proper follow-up on marketing-generated leads.
  • Manage company presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Organize webinars, product demos, and participate in industry events and trade shows.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and digital agencies to deliver consistent brand messaging.
  • Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and ERP technology developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the software/technology sector.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.) is a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Excellent communication and content writing skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing or IT.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with marketing KPIs such as MQLs, CPL, CAC, and ROI.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
