Client Engagement & Sales Execution: Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and pitch to proposal, negotiation, and closure. Relationship Management: Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to execute winning strategies. Strategic Partnerships: Explore and grow alliances to expand our market presence. Travel: Regular travel across North India to meet clients and attend events. ✅ What We’re Looking For: 7+ years in IT/ITeS sales with a focus on financial institutions Proven success in selling software services to BFS clients (Indian banks preferred) Strong experience in lead generation, negotiation, and deal closures Excellent presentation and communication skills Deep understanding of BFSI trends, challenges, and pain points Self-starter mindset, target-driven, and comfortable in a high-growth environment 🌟 Why Join Us?
