Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, training and mentoring sales staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves monitoring sales metrics and providing regular reports to senior management.
