Job Title: Sales Manager Company: Realmaker Private Limited Department: Sales Experience Required: 6 Months to 3 Years in Real Estate Sales Location: Indore Reporting To: CEO/ Sales Head   Job Summary: We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team at Realmaker Private Limited. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth by developing client relationships and closing high-value deals.   Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Plan and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets. Lead generation through online portals, networking, referrals, and fieldwork. Convert inquiries into successful property sales. Ensure all deals are closed with proper documentation and client satisfaction. Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of sales executives and associates. Set monthly targets and monitor team performance. Train and motivate the team to improve efficiency and closing rates. Client Relationship Management: Meet with potential clients, understand their property needs, and present suitable options. Maintain long-term relationships with clients for future business and referrals. Resolve customer concerns and queries with professionalism and promptness. Reporting & Coordination: Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and present to senior management. Coordinate with marketing, CRM, documentation, and project teams for seamless operations. Monitor competitor activity and suggest improvements in offerings and pricing.   Requirements: Graduate in any stream (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred). 6 months to 3 years of successful experience in real estate sales. Strong local market knowledge and network. Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and property portals (99acres, MagicBricks, etc.).   Key Competencies: Sales & Negotiation Expertise Team Handling & Motivation Client-Centric Approach Real Estate Market Understanding Target-Oriented & Self-Driven   Salary: Attractive Salary + Incentives (based on performance) Working Days: 6 Days a Week Location: Indore
