Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in B2B and B2C sales across Digital Marketing services, as well as HRMS and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales both domestically and internationally, managing channel sales, direct sales, and all sales operations.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and implement end-to-end sales strategies for Digital Marketing, HRMS, and ERP services.
  • Lead both domestic and international sales efforts across multiple sectors.
  • Set sales targets and drive consistent achievement across all business lines.

B2B and B2C Sales

  • Identify and close deals with medium-sized enterprises and consumer-facing businesses.
  • Present and sell tailored digital marketing packages and ERP/HRMS solutions.
  • Develop relationships with CXOs, department heads, and decision-makers.

Channel Sales & Partner Development

  • Build and manage a strong network of sales partners, resellers, and affiliates.
  • Define and monitor partner KPIs to ensure revenue growth and collaboration success.
  • Onboard, train, and support channel partners on service offerings and sales tools.

Direct Sales & Lead Management

  • Manage the complete direct sales cycle: lead generation, pitch, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Conduct client meetings, product walkthroughs, and requirement analysis sessions.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for solution mapping.

HRMS & ERP Sales

  • Understand client needs and recommend the right solution from our HRMS or ERP service suite.
  • Address client-specific customizations, integrations, and deployment models.
  • Liaise with project teams for post-sales delivery coordination and satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Reporting

  • Supervise and mentor junior sales executives.
  • Maintain CRM entries, sales forecasts, and regular performance reports.
  • Work with marketing for lead generation campaigns and outbound outreach.

Required Qualifications:

  • ✅ Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, with at least 2 years in HRMS/ERP.
  • ✅ Strong experience in Digital Marketing service sales.
  • ✅ Proven track record of international business development and global sales closure.
  • ✅ Expertise in channel sales management and direct sales models.
  • ✅ Ability to understand complex enterprise-level business needs.
  • ✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Prior experience in selling services (non-SaaS) to mid-sized organizations.
  • Familiarity with tools (HRMS & ERP)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
