We JTSi Technologies India Pvt Ltd, a US based MNC IT Co at Kochi Infopark are urgently looking for a Sales Manager for our operations in Kochi. The incumbent must be well experienced in end to end sales activities for a reputed organisation dealing with IT Products [ ERP SaaS ] and IT Services [ Resource Augmentations ] with strong communication skills and US clients handling exposure.


JTSi Technologies India Private Limited is a US based IT Co, with 20+ years into business. Our global offices are in Washington DC & New Jersey USA, and our Indian HQ is in Bangalore.


Designation                 : Sales Manager [ IT Products & Services ]

Qualification               : Graduation – Preferably MBA

Skillsets                       : Sales Management for IT Products [ ERP SaaS ] and IT Services [ Resource Augmentations ].

Experience                   : Minimum 7 to 10 Years

Place of Posting          : Infopark, Kochi / Remote.

Shift Time                      : 06.30 PM – 03.30 AM IST


Roles and Responsibilities.


1.   Attend business opportunities including staff augmentation (offshore) and ERP (SaaS/Cloud) system design and implementation referred through the US office sales team

2.   Discuss the entire sales cycle including client communication, scheduling, scope preparation (SOW), proposal preparation, and attend sales meetings

3.   Discuss ERP workflows and business process as needed

4.   Broker discussions between the US client and team India

5.   Maintain price list and discuss pricing with the US clients

6.   Align discussions between JTSi sourcing team, format resume, and submit qualified resources

7.   Present JTSi profile to a prospective client

8.   Update sales journal and update stakeholders as needed

9.   Weekly report on every account to be shared with stakeholders

10. Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities

11. Staff augmentation and account management

12. Keep the prospective client database updated

13. Facilitate sales presentations and communications for new business opportunities

14. Research and identify any new market opportunities

15. Increase client database, manage and maintain client relationship

16. Setting goals for self and team, thereby developing strategies to meet those goals.
