Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
• Identify new business opportunities and manage relationships with key clients and channel partners
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve consistent results
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to support strategic planning
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, production) to ensure alignment on goals
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management
• Optimize pricing, forecasting, and profitability tracking in line with company goals
• Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions to strengthen market presence
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and uphold strong ethical standards in all business dealings

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 7–10 years of sales experience, ideally in the paints or allied manufacturing sectors
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and achieving revenue targets
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• In-depth knowledge of the Indian market and regional sales dynamics
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales reporting systems
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories
