Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

    Regularly engage with existing clients to understand and address their evolving needs. Develop strong, trust-based relationships with architects, designers, and procurement heads.
  • Business Development:

    Identify opportunities to expand business within current accounts by recommending new products, services, or customized solutions.
  • Order Management:

    Oversee the end-to-end client order process, ensuring smooth coordination from order placement to delivery.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure:

    Lead commercial negotiations that align with business goals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Target Achievement:

    Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for new and existing clients.
  • Client Satisfaction:

    Provide prompt and efficient service, resolving issues to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Reporting and Feedback:

    Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client engagement, and satisfaction metrics. Share insights for continuous process and service improvements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 2–7 years of proven B2B sales experience in

    interior design, furniture, building materials

    , or a related sector
  • Demonstrated experience working with architects, interior designers, or related B2B professionals
  • Strong communication skills in English and the local language
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and quick to learn
  • Ability to build relationships with high-level stakeholders and decision-maker
